Gabe turned 2 months old last Tuesday! Over these last few months, we have been getting used to having an infant in our lives again. We are enjoying seeing Gabe grow and do new things! Recently, Gabe has started smiling in response to our voices. It is enough to melt your heart when he smiles at you with his eyes open wide! He occasionally makes eye contact and can follow an object when it is moved slowly in front of him. Did I mention that we are enjoying seeing him grow? Well, at his 2 month doctor visit, he weighed 13 lbs. 3 oz. That is six pounds gained since we brought him home from the hospital. He is getting lots of comments now about being a chunky baby...I love those rolls that are forming on his legs, arms, and chin(s)!
